Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is a retrospective comparative study comprised of children with spastic CP who underwent soft tissue release with or without guided growth for hip displacement from June 2005 to September 2016. Hip displacement was defined by a Reimers MP greater than 30%. We excluded children with a pre-operative MP greater than 70%, those underwent open reduction of the hip or osteotomy of femur or pelvis, and those with post-operative follow up of less than 2 years.
