Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: women diagnosed with early pregnancy miscarriage at a confirmed gestational age of less than 12 weeks. Patients with more than twice consecutive pregnncy losses were set into the recurrent spontaneous abortion group. Normal pregnancy women with healthy, viable intrauterine fetuses, who requested legal induced abortion at 7–11 weeks of gestation constituted the control group. Ability to read, understand and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with the folowing features were excluded:symptoms of endocrine or metabolic diseases (diabetes, hyperthyroidism, and hypothyroidism), uterine abonormality or cervical incompetence; (2) HIV-positive, measurable hepatitis B or C viral load, positive for hepatitis B core or e antigen, positive for hepatitis C core antigen. Women who are known to suffer from heart disease and who have limited or no function, beta-thalassemia, cystic fibrosis, Systemic lupus erythematosus and other autoimmune diseases, History of chemotherapy; (3) Drug abuse.
