18 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-45 years; (2) Diagnosed as GDM; (3) Singleton pregnancy, estimated gestational age >= 37 weeks; (4) Activities of Daily Living scores 100 points; (5) voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with history of gastrointestinal dysfunction or surgery; (2) type 2 diabetes mellitus; (3) severe internal and surgical diseases; (4) poor blood glucose control during pregnancy and the use of drug intervention; (5) intrauterine fetal distress; (6) newborn with congenital disease; (7) preoperative unplanned intravenous energy supplement.
