Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In patients with low back pain and lower extremity radiation pain, the skin sensation and muscle strength of one leg decreased, and the knee tendon reflex or / and Achilles tendon reflex decreased; 2. Imaging examination showed that the imaging manifestations of the patients with lumbar disc herniation and compression nerve were consistent with the clinical symptoms and signs, especially whether the left and right sides of the clinical manifestations were consistent with the left and right sides of the imaging; 3. Patients who have undergone lumbar open surgery or lumbar foramen surgery in our hospital; 4. Patients with VAS score of 4-6.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination showed that patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, spinal tumor, spinal tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis and lumbar stenosis had undergone open surgery; 2. Patients with other contraindications to surgery, such as pregnant or lactating women, psychopaths, with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, who can not tolerate surgery after consultation and evaluation by a specialist. 3. Patients with severe nerve compression symptoms such as obvious lower extremity muscle atrophy and cauda equina syndrome.
