Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Take the standard of Chinese Diabetes Society (CDS guide 2017) as the access standard. Subjects with three or more of the following conditions were diagnosed with MetS: 1. Central obesity (waistline; male >=90 or female >=85 cm); 2. Triglyceride >=1.7 mmol/L; 3. Low level of HDL cholesterol =130/85 mmHg; 5. Fasting blood glucose >=5.6mmol/l or 2 hours later blood glucose overload >=7.8mmol/l or newly diagnosed as type 2 diabetes; All Mets patients are newly diagnosed. According to the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization in 1998, type 2 diabetic patients were identified. Control group: Blood glucose was normal, no family history of type 2 diabetes, no hypertension, no clinical evidence of disease, no drug use.
