Age
40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-85 years without gender limitations; 2. Never smoke or quit smoking for more than 1 year; 3. Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria of Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD), 2020; 4. No application of antibacterial or antiviral drugs in the past 1 month; 5. Subjects who obtain and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bronchial asthma, tumor, tuberculosis or other chronic consumptive diseases; 2. Patients with severe circulatory system diseases, hematological system disease, or autoimmune diseases; 3. Invasive ventilation through tracheal intubation after admission; 4. Evidently limited mobility due to severe osteoarthropathy; 5. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 6. Subjects who could not cope with clinical observation and sample collection due to poor compliance.
