18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class II or III; 3. Scheduled to undergo a laparoscopic radical resection for colorectal cancer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presented with heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction; 2. Without a history of propofol, remifentanil or other drug allergy; 3. With a history of alcohol abuse; 4. Weighed more than 20% of the average weight; 5. With endocrine or immunological diseases or undergoing chemoradiation or immunotherapy; 6. Using drugs that impacted the nervous system within 7 days before the surgery; 7. With mental illness; 8. With history of other serious diseases.
