20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-80 years; 2. Patients with unilateral lumbar disc herniation confirmed by CT or MRI, and consistent with clinical manifestations; 3. Patients with lumbago and back pain accompanied by radiation pain of one side of lower extremity, which is consistent with imaging evidence; 4. Patients with low back pain and lower extremity pain NRS score >=3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who can not cooperate with follow-up information collection (such as patients with mental history and inaccurate answers); 2. Patients with cauda equina syndrome and severe lower extremity dysmyodynamia caused by acute lumbar disc herniation; 3. Patients with systemic or puncture site infection, tumor and coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients who had lumbar open surgery; 5. Patients with severe stenosis of central spinal canal or lateral crypt, disc prolapse or dissociation; 6. Patients who are allergic to local anesthetics or contrast agents (ornapac).
