Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Recipients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients with indications for renal transplantation; 3. Patients without contraindications; 4. Patients with first kidney transplantation; 5. Cadaveric kidney transplantation; 6. Patients who sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children or living donors; 2. Patients with absolute contraindications to renal transplantation; 3. Patients with combined multiple organ transplantation; 4. Patients who are not prescribed in the scope of combined medication, especially those who are combined with drugs that have a greater impact on the test results and affect the judgment of effectiveness and safety; 5. Patients participating in other clinical trials; 6. Patients with previous history of other organ transplantation; 7. Other situations that the researchers think are not suitable for inclusion.
