Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who are 7-14 years old and meet the diagnostic criteria of children's autism; 2. Patients with treatment time >=6 months and complete data; 3. Children with Autism Rating Scale (cars) score > 30; children with autism behavior check.1ist (ABC) score > 53; 4. Parents or guardians of the child are aware of the study and have signed the consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the above diagnosis; 2. Patients with previous history of psychosis, epilepsy and organic brain diseases; 3. Patients with vision and hearing disorders; 4. Ppatients with other obvious family genetic history.
