Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18 and 80 years; 2. Scheduled for upper gastrointestinal endoscopic submucosal dissection; 3. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of anxiety and depression; 2. Mallory-weiss syndrome; 3. Post-gastrectomy; 4. Coagulation dysfunction; 5. Other heart, liver and kidney diseases.
