18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation time of patients with selective general anesthesia was more than 30 minutes; 2. Patients older than 18 and younger than 65 years; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 4. Patients without chronic liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients who have not taken psychoactive drugs recently; 6. The subjects or their families signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose operation time is less than 30 minutes; 2. Patients not undergoing general anesthesia; 3. Patients who are allergic to benzodiazepines; 4. Patients with myasthenia gravis; 5. Patients with schizophrenia and severe depression; 6. Patients with obesity, snoring or body mass index (BMI) >=35kg/m2.
