experimental group:Four-drug combination therapy: patients were treated with endor, Tislelizumab, Docetaxel, and CISPLATIN.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non operative stage IIIB / IIIc / IV NSCLC patients; 2. Patients with squamous cell carcinoma; 3. Patients aged 18-75 years; 4. Patients who have not been treated with advanced systemic anti-tumor drugs; 5. Patients with sufficient function of bone marrow and other organs; 6. Patients with ECoG PS 0-1.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with severe COPD and pulmonary fibrosis; 3. Active hepatitis B patients.
