Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutive patients with suspected small-bowel disorders admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were prospectively included in the trial. 2. Aged 12-80 years; 3. Willing to participants in this trial and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal coagulation; 2. Patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction can not tolerate endoscopy; 3. Pregnant women.
