20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term singleton primipara (> 37w); 2. Labor delivery (selective cesarean section or vaginal delivery); 3. Require spinal anesthesia or analgesia; 4. BMI <= 35;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of intraspinal puncture; 2. Pain or a history of taking analgesic drugs within the past year; 3. Nervous system diseases; 4. Obstetric complications such as hypertension and diabetes during pregnancy.
