18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 2. The subjects aged 18-45 years were 150-175cm tall; 3. 37-42 weeks gestation, singleton, head position; 4. Subjects who meet the GDM diagnostic standard of American Diabetes Association (ADA) diabetes diagnosis and treatment standard (2019); 5. Subjects who obtain informed consent and volunteer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type I or type 2 diabetes mellitus or polycystic ovary syndrome with abnormal glucose tolerance before pregnancy; 2. Patients with chronic hypertension, chronic nephritis and other chronic history; 3. Objects who used antibiotics and microecological agents one month before delivery; 4. Patients with intrauterine infection; 5. The newborn has congenital gastrointestinal malformation, congenital genetic metabolic disease, serious congenital heart disease and other diseases.
