20 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-59 years; 2. According to the China par model, the patients with 10-year risk of cardiovascular disease >=10.0% were calculated; 3. Patients who can effectively communicate with researchers; 4. Subjects who voluntarily participated in the study and were willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with cognitive impairment; 2. Objects with language barrier and unable to communicate effectively; 3. Young and middle-aged people who have received professional medical training on cardiovascular events.
