Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed as severe aplastic anemia or very severe aplastic anemia; 2. aged =80; 6. signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) congenital aplastic anemia; (2) secondary aplastic anemia; (3) previous treatment with ATG; (4) prior HSCT; (5) active infection; (6) severe organ dysfunctions.
