35 Years to 82 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the main body of the tumor was located in the ampullary; 2. tumor, which was pathologically diagnosed as adenoma, including low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia (including carcinoma in situ); 3. underwent endoscopic papillectomy or pancreaticoduodenectomy for the first time; 4. had complete clinicopathological data; 5. had complete EUS images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the patients with duodenal papillary adenoma with invasive carcinoma diagnosed by postoperative pathology were excluded from ampullary ectopic pancreas, neuroendocrine tumor and mesenchymal tumor by; 2. pathological diagnosis. 3. Pathological data were affected by tissue fragmentation in the preparation of specimens; 4. The patients with severe loss of clinical data.
