Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with cerebral infarction and no hemorrhage indicated by CT / MRI before operation; 2. Patients confirmed by CTA, MRA or DSA as the occlusion of large vessels in anterior and posterior circulation; 3. There was obvious nerve function defect, which was aggravated continuously but not relieved; 4. In the advanced stroke center of our hospital, the patients who received mechanical recanalization had CT within 4.5 hours; 5. There were 24-hour follow-up and 3-5-day CT / MRI patients; 6. Patients whose mechanical recanalization treatment standard conforms to the early management guide for acute ischemic stroke in 2018; 7. The patient or his client is informed and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bleeding or other active bleeding on CT / MRI before operation; 2. Patients who did not receive CT examination within 4.5 hours after operation; 3. Those patients who did not have 24-hour follow-up of CT and MRI / CT within 3-5 days after operation; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction.
