Interventions

experimental group:Spray Anqin spray into ears once a day for 2 weeks.
control group:Spray bifonazole solution into ears once a day for 2 weeks.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who conform to the diagnosis of otitis externa mycotica and can cooperate with the research and treatment; (2) Between 18 and 75 years of age, without gender limitation; (3) Patients have been given informed consent. The process of obtaining informed consent should conform to ethical principles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recent tympanic membrane perforation; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as severe diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease and hematopoietic systemic disease and so on; (3) Psychopaths; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Allergic to the main components of AnQin spray, alcohol and bifonazole solution; (6) There are other lesions that can reduce the enrolling ability or complicate enrolling or situations which may easily lead to loss of follow-up, such as frequent changes in the working environment, according to the judgment of the researcher. (7) Patients participating in other clinical trials.
