18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients ready to be a part of the study; 2. All the patients presenting to JNMCH with signs and symptoms suggestive of PPU which is confirmed by exploratory laparotomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving consent; 2. Patient operated outside the JNMCH and referred to our hospital; 3. Traumatic gastric perforation; 4. Perforated malignant ulcer of stomach; 5. Patients leaving hospital prematurely e.g. against medical advice; referred/discharged on request.
