Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The entry criteria for the first group of cases: Preterm infants with germinal stromal-intraventricular hemorrhage (GMH-IVH) grades II-III and secondary expansion after intraventricular hemorrhage (PHVD) require intervention 2. The criteria for the second group of cases: (1) Preterm infants with GMH-IVH class II but no PHVD; (2) Match the age and sex of the first group. 3. The entry criteria of the third group of cases (control group): ?Infants matched with the first and second groups of age and gender were used as controls, and there were no other neurological diseases; there was no obvious abnormal signal in the brain during the routine MR scan sequence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who mistakenly accepted. 2. Those who clearly do not meet the experimental plan or violate the experimental plan. 3. Subjects unable to undergo cranial MRI examination. 4. Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials or those who participate in other clinical trials within 30 days.
