Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 49 years old; In the elderly group, aged 50-85 years; (2) the first stroke; (3) in the diagnosis of cerebral apoplexy in accordance with the Chinese medical association in 1995 the fourth national cerebrovascular disease conference by "all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis; (4) with head CT and MRI showed clinical responsibility lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) diseases of the blood system; (2) severe liver and kidney diseases; (3) malignant tumor; (4) brain trauma.
