Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) male or female patients; (2) age range: 18-55 years old; (3) dsm-iv diagnostic criteria: schizophrenia; (4) weight gain was significant after previous or current antipsychotic treatment, and BMI >= 25; (5) voluntarily participate in signing the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of substance dependence, or psychotic symptoms caused by other mental disorders; (2) having brain trauma, epilepsy or other organic brain diseases; (3) those who have suicidal attempts or thoughts; (4) those who are receiving antidepressants, mood stabilizers or electroconvulsive therapy; (5) laboratory tests showed liver and kidney function impairment or other serious physical diseases and metabolic disorders; (6) pregnant women or lactating patients.
