Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20 to 70 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with clinical symptoms of lung cancer from 3 months to 5 years; 3. Combined with clinical manifestations, NSCLC was confirmed by biopsy, sputum cytology, BALF and pleural effusion; 4. The patients with primary, second, third and fourth stage of NSCLC were included. 5. Patients who are informed and willing to receive treatment, examination and observation, and who are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those cancer patients whose pathological diagnosis does not accord with non-small cell lung; 2. Pregnant women and lactating women; 3. Patients who are unable to participate in the follow-up (such as short-term migration or long-distance relocation plan, no mobile phones and other communication tools, etc.) and who are unable to participate in the follow-up; 4. Patients with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, digestive system, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tuberculosis, vertebral deformity, malignant tumor and psychosis; patients with family members' disagreement or without family members' accompanying.
