18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASAI-II; 2. aged >=18 years; 3. elective surgery under general anesthesia; 4. there were no patients with drug abuse before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. cardiac insufficiency, severe arrhythmia, aortic regurgitation, etc.; 2. abnormal coagulation function; 3. abnormal liver and renal function before operation; 4. obstructive pulmonary disease (airway pressure >25mmHg); 5. emergency surgery; 6. preoperative infection; 7. pregnant or nursing women.
