Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for gestational diabetes in Obstetrics and Gynecology; 2. The patients who sign the informed consents; 3. The patients with junior high school degree or above, and basic communication ability; 4. The patients who can voluntarily cooperate with the the competent physicians and nursing staff for the full-time continuous nursing intervention, and are willing to insist on regular outpatient inspection, hospitalization and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with multiple pregnancies; 2. Pregnant women with scarred uterus; 3. Patients with chronic hypertension; 4. Patients receiving insulin therapy before enrollment; 5. Patients with other pregnancy complications and severe organic lesions.
