Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definition of young people: men and women are not limited, and their age is 65 years, excluding hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, atherosclerosis, stenosis of blood vessels, coronary heart disease, etc., can be regarded as healthy elderly, is expected to include 50 people.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects are paticipanting in other clinical trials; 2. According to the judgment of the investigators, subjects are not suitable for clinical trials for other reasons; 3. Young people: During menstruation, pregnant women and lactating women are excluded.
