Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to sign informed consent; 2. Patients undergoing renal transplantation; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of other organs except kidney, such as heart, lung and liver; 2. Patients with hypothyroidism; 3. Patients with hyperkalemia before operation; 4. Patients with hypermagnesemia; 5. Other researchers think it is not suitable for this study.
