Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. Age: 18-65 years old; 2. Objects with pulmonary nodules found by chest CT; 3. Subjects who signed informed consent. Inclusion criteria of the test group: 1. Age: 18-80 years old, diagnosed as bronchiectasis by HRCT; 2. Whether infection or colonization requires sputum culture, BALF culture results were verified by mngs; 3. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. There were signs of acute infection in recent 4 weeks, including suppurative sputum, high fever or leukocytosis; 2. Antibiotic treatment history in recent 4 weeks; 3. Other chronic respiratory diseases; 4. Other serious diseases of the system; 5. Lactation or pregnancy; 6. He was admitted to hospital for treatment of other lung diseases in recent 1 month; neutropenia; 7. Those who used long-term immunosuppressive agents in the past 1 month (hormone use time > 7 days) 8. Subjects who could not tolerate bronchoscopy. Exclusion criteria of test group: 1. Other chronic respiratory diseases; 2. Other serious diseases of the system; 3. Lactation or pregnancy; 4. He was admitted to hospital for treatment of other lung diseases in recent 1 month; 5. There was a history of antibiotic treatment in the past 4 weeks; 6. Neutropenia; 7. Those who used long-term immunosuppressive agents in the past 1 month (hormone use time > 7 days); 8. Patients who can not tolerate bronchoscopy.
