Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not taken antihypertensive drugs or have stopped using antihypertensive drugs for more than 4 weeks; 2. Ambulatory blood pressure: diastolic pressure >= 90mmHg; systolic pressure >= 140mmHg; 3. Blood pressure in consulting room: diastolic pressure >= 90mmHg; systolic pressure >= 150mmhg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The anatomical structure of renal artery is not appropriate (accessory renal artery is allowed); 2. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR) 8.0%; 4. Secondary hypertension; 5. Ambulatory blood pressure or consulting room blood pressure: systolic pressure >= 170mmhg.
