40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of primary glaucoma in China (2014), the patients were diagnosed as primary open-angle or closed-angle glaucoma; 2. Patients with glaucomatous optic atrophy and visual field defect; 3. The intraocular pressure was controlled at 6-21mmhg without obvious complications; 4. Patients who can obtain complete and clear images.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who can't collect clear image due to the turbid refractive stroma; 2. Patients with poor fixation and unable to cooperate with the examination; 3. Patients with history of ocular trauma, intraocular disease or ocular surgery; 4. Patients with history of hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or other serious systemic diseases.
