Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 20-59 years; 2. Willingness to participate in the study; participants must consent in three writing to participate in the study; High risk for CVDs; participants must have been clinically diagnosed with one or more of the following cardiovascular events, a) hypertension; b) hyperlipidemia; c) myocardial infarction; d) stroke; or have had a history of coronary artery bypass surgery (CABG) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI); 3. Objects with smart phones and wechat accounts; 4. Objects that can communicate effectively with researchers; 5. Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with cognitive impairment; 2. Objects unable to use wechat due to vision, hearing or network failure; 3. Young and middle-aged people and medical personnel who have received professional medical training for acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease events.
