Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group D1 and D2: 1. T2DM patients, whose course of disease is not more than 10 years, aged 50-60 years; 2. Prepare for lumbar disc herniation surgery or femoral head joint replacement; 3. The serum iPTH was 15.0 pg / ml-65.0 pg / ml, and the serum calcium was less than 2.45 mmol / L; 4. Normal liver function; 5. Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and electrolyte were normal. 6. The glucose absorption rate was measured by hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp test. The utilization rate of glucose was lower than 4.93 mg / kg-1 / min-1, indicating insulin resistance (IR). N1 group and N2 group: 1. Non diabetic female patients; 2. Aged 60-70 years; 3. Prepare for lumbar disc herniation or femoral head replacement or laparotomy; 4. The serum iPTH was 15.0 pg / ml-65.0 pg / ml; 5. Blood calcium is less than 2.45 mmol / L; 6. Liver function was normal, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and electrolyte were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group D1 and D2: 1. Patients have diabetic ketosis, diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolarity; 2. Blood phosphorus > 1.60 mmol / L; 3. Insulin, insulin analogues, TZD drugs, thiazine diuretics, dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors, glucagon like peptide analogues, sodium glucose transporter 2 inhibitors, anti bone absorption drugs, VD preparations, calcium agents, calcitonin, thyroxine, parathyroid hormone, glucocorticoid, sex hormone replacement therapy and other drugs affecting bone metabolism were used; 4. Patients with other diseases that may affect bone structure and bone quality, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Paget's disease and hip dysplasia (hd); 5. Women with acute infection, tumor, pregnancy and lactation. N1, N2 group: 1. In patients with the blood phosphorus was more than 1.60 mmol / L, the iPTH was more than 65.00 pg / ml or less than 15.00 pg / ml; 2. Use insulin, insulin analogues, TZD drugs, dipeptidyl peptidase inhibitors, glucagon like peptide analogues, sodium glucose transporter 2 inhibitors, thiazides, diuretics, anti bone absorption drugs, VD preparations, calcium agents, calcitonin, thyroxine, parathyroid hormone, glucocorticoid, sex hormone replacement therapy and other drugs that affect bone metabolism; 3. Patients with other diseases that may affect bone structure and bone quality, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), Paget's disease and hip dysplasia (hd); 4. Women with acute infection, tumor, pregnancy and lactation.
