Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the TSC diagnosis standard in 2012, the patients with tuberous sclerosis were definitely diagnosed; 2. Patients diagnosed as epilepsy according to ILAE standard; 3. The patients who take two or more kinds of antiepileptic drugs and have no effect on epilepsy control after regular foot therapy have more than 2 seizures per month. After discussion and evaluation before operation, epilepsy operation is planned; 4. Patients who are willing to agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent and confidentiality agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious epilepsy diseases such as brain tumor and stroke; 2. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the experiment or do not cooperate.
