Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients diagnosed as ischemic stroke by CT or MRI are in line with the diagnostic criteria set by the 4th Chinese society of cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients over 18 years of age, the first onset, within 2 months, Brunnstrom stage I ~ II; 3. Hemiplegic patients with unilateral limb dysfunction; 4. Patients who are conscious and whose MMSE score is more than 20. Caregiver inclusion criteria: 1. Over the age of 18, the patient's immediate relatives can accompany the patient during the whole training process, with stable physical condition, and can assist the patient to complete the training; 2. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and filled in informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Objects with severe cognitive impairment and language disorder that can not cooperate; 2. Subjects with serious complications and unstable vital signs. Exclusion criteria for caregivers: 1. Objects with severe cognitive impairment and language disorder that can not cooperate; 2. Objects with serious organic diseases and unstable vital signs; 3. The object of economic compensation.
