18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged 18-75 were included; 2. Diabetes patients diagnosed in the outpatient or ward of the Department of Endocrinology and metabolism of West China Hospital, meanwhile, health volunteers are recruited to the society; 3. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart disease or chronic kidney disease caused by other causes; 2. The female subjects are pregnant (hCG positive in serum / urine of women with fertility possibility) or breast-feeding, or plan to be pregnant before, during or within 6 months after taking part in the study, or plan to donate eggs within this period; 3. Patients with metal foreign bodies (such as pacemakers, nerve stimulators, artificial metal heart valves, etc.); patients with aneurysm clips; patients with intraocular metal foreign bodies, inner ear implants, metal prostheses, metal prostheses, metal joints, ferromagnetic foreign bodies in vivo); 4. Patients who are allergic to contrast medium. 5. Patients with severe hepatorenal insufficiency (liver function: TB > 171umol / L, or AST / ALT > 1; kidney function: Cr > 176.8umol / L).
