Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stage III osteosarcoma diagnosed by pathology admitted between 2020 and 2021 have at least one measurable focus; 2. The patients who received arsenic trioxide combined with cisplatin chemotherapy after disease progression or intolerability after treatment with at least one chemotherapy program (anthracycline drugs must be included); 3. Patients over 4 years old; 4. Patients who obtain the informed consent of their guardians and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other tumors; 2. Patients with heart, brain, kidney and other organ failure; 3. Patients who lost the follow-up data or lost a lot of follow-up data after treatment.
