Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood flow monitoring in sepsis AKI 1) aged >= 18 years; 2) All diagnostic criteria for septic shock based on the Sepsis-3 consensus1 3) the KDIGO grade 1 or higher 2. Acquired weakness in ICU 1) aged >= 18 years; 2) mechanical ventilation >= 48h; 3) the expected length of stay in ICU is >= 168h. 3. Transcranial Doppler 1) aged >= 18 years; 2) craniocerebral injury or craniotomy; 3) GCS score: 6-13.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of chronic kidney disease has been confirmed; 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. Malignant tumor or terminal state of a disease; 4. Refusal to sign informed consentIn addition; 5. Patients with upper limb fractures or postoperative neuromuscular diseases should be excluded from the ICU acquired weakness study.
