Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were required to meet the following eligibility criteria: 1. healthy college students who are not majoring in physical education and have not taken regular physical exercise; 2. with no experience in Qigong, tai chi, meditation and yoga exercise training; 3. have no bad living habits; 4. voluntarily sign up for the present trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they meet any of the following criteria: 1. voluntary withdrawal from the trial; 2. unable to complete the Baduanjin exercise training course as required; 3. pregnancy or have serious illness during the course of the experiment.
