Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of fibrous dysplasia in Chinese Han population. 2. Patients who fully understand the purpose and process of the study and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases affecting bone metabolism; 2. Patients who take drugs that affect bone metabolism (except vitamin D and calcium tablets) for a long time.
