Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years; 2. Patients with cardiac function Grade 1-3; 3. Patients willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to levosimendan; 2. Patients with multiple organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with arrhythmia; 4. Patients who received levosimendan within 7 days before operation.
