Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ocular surface injury<3 days; 2. Corneal epithelial defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of eye surgery; 2. Patients with a long history of analgesic drugs.
