Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis was androgen alopecia, Ludwig hair loss type I-II, aged between 18-45 years; 2. After fully understanding the treatment plan and risk, I or my guardian voluntarily sign the informed consent, willing to accept the randomized controlled trial, and cooperate with the follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients with postpartum hair loss, menopause hair loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, thyroid disease, pregnant women; 2. Patients with any drug history that may affect hair growth within 6 months; 3. Patients who had liposuction contraindications or hypodermic fat were unable to meet the needs of the trial.
