50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 to 70 years (including 20,70); 2. Radical/total hysterectomy plus pelvic lymphadenectomy is required for clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer or other benign gynecological diseases;the control group was patients receiving surgical treatment (without hysterectomy) or drug treatment for corresponding diseases; 3. Sign the informed consent form; 4. Regular reexamination on 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was pelvic floor dysfunction before operation; 2. Patients with severe internal diseases; 3. Obesity: BMI > 28; 4. Serious complications occurred during the operation; 5. Those who have a history of spinal lumbosacral surgery that affects urodynamic results, hemorrhage, acute urinary tract infection, urethral malformation, etc. and cannot undergo urodynamic examination. 6. There was a history of radiotherapy after operation.
