Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged > 18-60 years, initial operation, talus cartilage damage area less than 1.5 cm 2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, ankle joint infection or poor skin condition, cartilage damage diameter > 15 mm.
