18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 women of American Socity of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III, aged 18 to 70 years, schedule for elective unilateral breast cancer surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hypertension, abnormal heptic or renal function. A history of allergy to local anaesthetics, known coagualtion disorders, infection near the puncture site, chronic analgesic use, inability to communicate.
