Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SAH clearly diagnosed by CT or lumbar puncture within 28 days after onset. 2. Subjects aged between 18 and 75 years old. 3. Intracranial aneurysms confirmed by the DSA, which are responsible lesions leading to this SAH. 4. Subjects who received endovascular treatment. 5. For multiple aneurysms, the treatment interval should be at least 6 months regardless of the previous treatment. 6. Subjects or their family agree to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who received neurosurgical clipping. 2. RIA already treated. 3. Subjects who have major operations planned within 30 days of inclusion or 90 days after inclusion. 4. Subjects who have already participated in other clinical trials of drugs or medical devices before enrollment and have not reached their time limits. 5. Disabled before SAH, which might affect clinical outcomes one year after the operation. 6. Subjects who have malignant tumors. 7. Subjects with severe mental illness who are unable to communicate. 8. Subjects with poor systematic conditions who have a life expectancy of less than one year.
