Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-65 years old underwent complete thoracoscopic cardiac surgery with bronchial anesthesia; 2. type of operation: mitral valve replacement or plasty; 3. ASA II-III, cardiac function II-III (NYHN classification); 4. estimated cardiopulmonary bypass time <=180min; 5. No active infective endocarditis; 6. rheumatoid factor RF < 20ui / L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients without sinoatrial node disease and heart block; 2. Gold grade > 2; 3. Patients with coronary heart disease and nervous system complications; 4. Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension; 5. Patients with immune system disease, endocrine system disease and steroid use before operation; 6. Patients with abnormal renal function and blood creatinine greater than 110 umol/L; 7. Patients with re heart operation and re operation for various reasons; Patients with difficulty in cardiopulmonary bypass shutdown.
